Copying Floors-Objects Vertically (Z direction)

Hi guys, I want to ask very simple question. There are some Walls, Floors, and steel framing elements in the pictures. And I just want to be able to copy steel framing elements alongside the wallboard vertically. My workflow is
Copy to Clipboard - Paste (Aligned To Select Level) - Select Level - Copy - Adjust the Z Value of Objects
Basically, Copying objects on the place and setting the height of the duplicated elements.

As you can imagine, it becomes frustrating when you do it repeatedly. So why I can't just copy the elements to 30 cm lower vertically? Is there a practical way to do it?

This is simply the end-solution I expect 🙂

Use Copy and uncheck "Constrain" on the Options Bar.

...or better: use Array.
