Copy/Monitor no funciona

Hola,

Mi consulta es sobre el porque el Copy/Monitor deja de funcionar en un proyecto.

Tenemos varios proyectos en los que después de un tiempo de avanzado en el desarrollo, los elementos dejan de enviar las alertas de cambio y nos gustaría saber que estamos haciendo mal en un principio para que esto suceda después.

Los elementos no envían la alerta cuando ha habido un cambio al punto que se pueden ajustar manualmente y tampoco envían una alerta. Es como si perdieran el vinculo con el archivo original aunque sigan indicando que están monitoreados.

Los proyectos están en el BIM360 y estamos usando la versión 2018.

Quedo atenta a cualquier ayuda que me puedan dar para resolver este tema.

Puede instalar las últimas actualizaciones de Autodesk o reparar su programa Revit. Si está trabajando con un archivo de trabajo compartido, todos los usuarios deben estar en la misma compilación de revit. Espero eso ayude. Gracias

Hello, thanks for answering, but we are all using the same version 2018 and after some time of working with the copy / monitor that happens to us, we lose the supervision among many of the elements. We do not know what to do and in some cases we lose information when we monitor again. We must be doing something wrong at first to make this happen.

have you tried to install latest updates from autodesk and try to create a new central file. thanks

Yes, all the updates are installed on all the computers we are using. But we have not tried to create a new central. We will try and let you know if it works. Thank you.

Hello Viveka,

Until last week we managed to load all the new central files again and so far the coordination with the copy/monitor is working. We got them to bond again. I don't know if it will be lost again later but it is working for now.
