Control the space between starting guideline and text label

What is required to do for creating guidelines of text labels that foresee to  underline  or attached straightaway the starting point of text parameter, instead of leaving unpleaseant space beetwen its text?

Actually I didn't manage yet to control it. I dragged the middle of text parameter, before at the cross of the origin, then at the start of the text at the cross, but it doesn't furnish the solution required. Any solution?

Leader/Border Offset feature in

Label properties did you try Leader/Border Offset feature to control the space between leader and label text 

Or tab size in properties pallete too to control tab size when use the tab key before typing these are the 2 solution in my mind

here is what I have now in the family: Offset border 0.2 mm and the text position close to the origin of axis

But in the project for the same family and type I have two different offset as you can see on the screenshot below.

Then the label justification one of them center and another in left side for ex may be that is 

the reason try to make them left justified in order to get the same distance
