Control Default Family Type with .txt file

Is there a way to control the family type that loads when loading a family though the FamilyName.txt file?

Instead of going into the family and setting the type to current and saving?

Example of a family below, any trick like putting an asterisk next to the one you want to always load as default?

If one isn't selected via the Type Catalog then it will use the default in the Family.  This is why the only type in my family is "See Type Catalog for Additional Sizes"

This may be silly question, but is there an easy way to modify the default in the family?  Or is the first type that was created in the family?

If a family has multiple instances and is loaded into the project all those instances get loaded into the project. There isn't really a default.  If you are talking about when I click the "Door" command what is the default used then that is the last one that was placed with in the project.
