Content catalog interfering with syncs

has anyone noticed since installing Revit 2024.3 and content catalog My following behavior.

1. When opening the file users prompted with error, stating another user must sync.

2. When syncing Multiple family Worksets I shown as borrowed after the sync by the person syncing. This causing a sync error for the next person who syncs.

Deactivating content catalog resolve the syncing issue, except we want to use content catalog. Anyone else having this issue or have seen a solution?

We have not upgraded to 2024.3 yet...  apparently a good thing.  If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest an Autodesk Support Case ticket be opened for this issue.  I would put it under the product of Content Catalog as you have already narrowed it down to 2024.3 and Content Catalog.  Just to confirm, you installed CC with the 1.1.0.0 version installer correct?  I know that a lot of the tickets that go in under Content Catalog are getting routed to the development team (from personal experience), so that way it can definitely get into the correct hands quickly.
