I can see that you have modeled your project starting with the Structural frame first when ideally for similar types of project starting with the architectural enclosure would be more practical and make things easier.
There are several ways to model the highlighted elements which is best would depend several factors which are not clear in your post, is it going to be a steel structure, concrete, how far are you going to be taking it in terms of detailing...etc. There are easy ways to model that in Revit but sometimes spending more time at the beginning and taking the not so easy route could save you time later on. So here are some ways to model that in Revit
- Model it as a Roof Element (would pretty much be the easiest and fastest
- Several methods involving Massing
- Model the different volumes of the structure using a Mass then use the too Wall: By Face
- Model same mass mentioned above and use curtain system
- Model the mass, divide surface and use adaptive components
- Model the mass and use a pattern based component
- Depends on which version of Revit you are using, you could use inclined walls
Should you be more specific, forum members might be able to assist you better in finding the convenient and most practical solution
