Consistent Colors are not being consistent

I have a curtain wall, and other glass elements on the exterior of a building. I started work on some elevations in consistent colors display mode and I'm coming across an issue. In 3D view the glass displays just fine:

However in elevation views all glass appears as this shade of blue.

Glass Material Properties:

• There are NO color overrides in the elevation.
• The phase and phase filter are the SAME in both the 3D and Elevation.
• There are NO view filters.
• Its a curtain wall system, NOT a family, though the issue also applies to windows with the same glass material.

Anyone have any clue as to what the cause of this issue could be?

Since you've tried all the ususal stuff. 

Cut and paste that thing into a new clean model file from scratch where the "glass is working", does it view properly in the new project?

I find that materials and things sometimes just get stuck. You make changes and it doens't refresh consistently. Usually it will work if you screw around with the materials. Try chaning things assigning new materials to the panels and so on and then change it back.

I've made some tests and the result appears in my screencast...hmm... it looks that it is a matter of Graphics ..

I ended up resorting to using a new glass material instead of the typical glass material found in templates, which worked as intended. I will mark this as solved for now, but if or once I stumble into this problem again, I will definitely document it better with something akin to a screencast as Stroescu provided.
