Conduits when connected to a conduit fitting delete after syncing with central. Revit 2020

Does anyone know how to fix disappearing conduits when syncing? I have a conduit(s) connected to a c condulet. When I save and sync, all the conduit between the condulet and the conduit fittings are gone. I have to re-draw them. once that is saved and synced it goes away somewhere else. 

We're stumped.

They disappear when you sync?  Like vanish from the view before your eyes?

Yes, or sometimes when you trim to it, it will disappear and only give you the conduit, deleting the condulet.
