Concrete Mass on Custom Shape which is not linked on any floor. for concrete mass and reinforcement schedules.

I have attached Revit file and a picture of Surface. which is linked from Civil 3D surface. i want someone to help me to create a concrete mass on its surface and reinforce the concrete. because this shape is highly custom which i cannot divide into floors. and this is just a part of the concrete. this is just from one expansion joint to another expansion joint. Thanks.

Import the DWG into an In-Place Mass Environment, Finish and Close out, and then use the Roof or Wall by Face Tool on the face of Mass Form.
