can not open the conceptul mass family in revit 2015 or 2017

When i open revit i have

projects                          Familes

Open                              Open     

New                                New  

Construction                 New Conceptural Mass when i click to open nothing happens only when opennig conceptural mass 2015,2017

I can not open New Conceptual Mass

Maybe you don't have the mass template? Do you have this folder?

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2015\Family Templates\English_I\Conceptual Mass

There is supposed to be a file called Mass.rft in that folder 

I would upload that file, but the forum doesn't allow the upload of .rft files. (?)

"Conceptual Mass" is the name of the folder that contains "Mass.rft", which is the template.

 "New Conceptual Mass" means that you click and "New Conceptual Mass" and Revit opens a new file with the mass template.
