component doesn't look the same in family as in project

Hello,

I downloaded a chair from bimobject to put in my project. When I open the component on it's own ( as a family ) it looks right. ( see attachement 1 ) But when I want to insert it in my project it looks like an ugly block ( see attachement 2 ). I tried rendering it in the cloud but it still looks like a block... I have the same problem with other chairs...

Can someone help me?

what level of detail is your view set to? try changing it to Fine detail if it isn't already.

My detail level was set on medium, it looks good now ! Thankyou!
