Combining railings and specialty equipment in Multi-Category schedules

Is it possible to create a combined schedule for the objects in the attached file?

You cannot mix the Length of Specialty Equipment (shared parameter) with the Length of Railing (system parameter). I would just use only Railing for your egress path.
