Columns on floor below are not showing in underlay

I am trying to get the underlay on my 2nd floor to work properly and it is except for the  columns on the floor below. Everything shows fine except the columns. 

I tried changing view range, checked visibility graphics all look in order and I have no idea why the columns will not show

Check the view's detail level...maybe columns are set to not show in coarse view

Otherwise, check if the 3D geometry of the columns is checked to show in plan/rcp views...Underlay doesn't show 2D
