Collaboration for Revit 2019 Problem

Hi,

Our office has Revit for a few years and a few months ago updated from Revit 2017 to Revit 2019. Although we are logged in to the same account which the software was purchased and we have 'Collaboration for Revit 2019' installed on our computers, when click in ' Collaboration in Cloud' we receive a message ' You cannot use the option because you have not purchased the Collaboration for Autodesk Revit service'. Before with the 2017 version we used to collaborate though.

Did that ever happen to anyone and could you please explain how to solve It?

Thank you,

Amanda

To add to Cliff's links...with the release of 2019.1 and conversion to 360 Design, your account manager has to login in to your companies autodesk account and upgrade C4R to the 360 Design before you have access to the 360 Design projects.
