I'm trying to use A360 but am getting errors. I downloaded to files, installed, and restarted but I still get the errors below. What am I missing? When I try to manage models I can't connect.

what version of revit are you using?

if 2017 or 2018, collaboration for revit is built in....just do a clean uninstall and reinstall

if 2015 or 2016, get collaboration for revit via autodesk desktop app

 

disable antivirus/antispyware/etc. prior to installing

make sure you have local admin rights on windows user account prior to installing

it's 2016 at the moment. we have crazy firewall here...so i'll see what i can do. i don't have local admin. but i think everyone has this issue. good reason to push the 2017 install. thanks.
