I have downloaded and installed the Cobie & Classification Add-ins in Revit successfully.Below are my concerns and issues that prevented me to actually apply these useful extensions.
1. Classification --> There is no Video , Tutorial, on You Tube as well as in Autodesk website on using the Classification step by step
1.1 The Uniclass Classification (UK) --> Is not up to date
2. Cobie (UK) & (US) --> There is no video, tutorial to show how to add parameters in Revit, and which ones are requested in COBie format and how?
Please advice on how the above extensions can be used in detail.

A quick Google search done the job, see below:
I would imagine reading the help files would provide helpful as well.
Referring to the "which parameters are required" for COBie, it depends on the Client requirements and what has been specified in the BEP. This will state which parameters the client requires to be filled in to work with their FM systems.
I have not used the classification addin so i cannot provide any insight.
Hope this helps
