Cloud Rendering from Revit - unable to get cloud credit ballance

I have a user that is having issues when logging into render in the cloud. It comes up with the message 'unable to get cloud credit ballance' This is happening from citrix xenapp however many others including myself can access the cloud credits through the same citrix server. I logged in to the Accounts yesterday and saw 2 users had errors in the reporting section saying 'error showing usage information' but this person is not one of them.
Anyone know what might be causing issues when trying to access credits? (and yes there are credits available in the account)
