try creating a new "glass" material in the Material Dialog box and delete the one being used.  Reassign the objects to this "new" glass material.

Hi @Anonymous

I see that you are visiting as a new member! Welcome to the Autodesk community!Smiley (fröhlich)

Did you use an in-place family (window family)?

Did the local render render the glass as transparent?

Can you try changing your phase filter to 'show complete'

See a similar discussion HERE and a resolution for your error.

I would be happy to take a look if you would like to post a sample file for troubleshooting. Thank you and we look forward to your reply update.
