Cloud Credits not showing for cloud based rendering

The Autodesk website states "On March 29, 2023, all existing cloud credits will expire (including free, trial, and starter credits)." which means we have another year to use existing credits, before "tokens" completely take over, right? When I try to render I receive an error "*Unable to get Cloud Credits balance." What gives? ... I had 120 Credits left.

Last person to post about this found a resolution by contacting Autodesk directly.  That person got their credits restored immediately.

It is a known error reported in the past years I do not believe that this error is relevant to the switch from Credits to Token... See Link below (Dating back to April 2020 - long before Flex Tokens were announced)

If the above doesn't work, you will need to open a support ticket (the resolution will not be immediate but they should be able to help you in a fair short time)
