Clean uninstall of Revit products

Good afternoon Revit users,

'm trying to do a complete clean-up of my laptop, I want to uninstall Autodesk Revit Content Libraries 2017 - 2019. 

As I'm getting ready in install 2024 and the versions that come along with it (3 versions back).

When I try to remove the 2017 Libraries it wont allow me to remove it or uninstall it. 

I do not have Revit 2017 or 2018 software, could that be the reason it will not allow me to uninstall to libraries?

Write-Protected?  Permissions? 

Check the folder properties.  Security tab.
