Civil3D Breaklines in Revit Toposurface

Does Revit recognize breaklines in a topo model? I added breaklines for walls in the civil3D drawing, exported as a Civil3D drawing, and tried to create a toposurface in Revit but it didn't seem to recognize the breaklines.

Revit does not recognize breaklines in a topo model. One of the major disadvantages in Topo surface creation in Revit is the missing ability to add breaklines.

Regarding your issue, it seems that Revit does not keep the detail for the edits (Breaklines/Boundary) when you use them in Revit in any manipulation where the Topography will be modified. You can try to link topography over BIM 360 from Civil 3D to keep the edits but note that it will not keep the detail for the edits (Breaklines/Boundary) when you use them in Revit in any manipulation where the Topography will be modified.

You can also share topography between Revit and Civil 3D to streamline the process of developing, using, and sharing topography data for a project. To do this, you can export a dwg from Civil 3D, link the DWG file in Revit then create the Toposurface.

To link topography over BIM 360 from Civil 3D, you can follow these steps:

Uploaded DWG to BIM360 does not appear when trying to link topography in Revit (autodesk.com)
