Changing View's orientation which already linked to a scope box?

Hi, I just started learning using scope box to create view standard boundaries,

(thanks for the tips from Revit Pure : https://revitpure.com/blog/10-tips-to-understand-revit-scope-boxes)

It's great that I don't have to worry about each views if I settled up the correct scope box,

though the view orientation will always be aligned to up-to-down,

Is it possible to rotate the view 180° so that the view will be more readable when synchronizing with the Elevation view?

Thanks in advance :]

Not sure this answers your question, but the View Crop Boundary itself can be rotated and/or the View on the Sheet can be rotated.   Is this what you are after?

...the Marker itself can be rotated as well.

That's exactly why I said to rotate the View Crop Boundary. Try it. Do both. Rotate on Sheet 90-degrees AND then Activate the View and rotate the View Crop Boundary. You'll see.
