Changing the Elevation of a Building to suit Survey Data

Hi,

 

I have just created a topo surface from the Survey Data which is at about 100m above sea level and I would like to change the elevation of my building so that it sits in the topography. 

 

Also, I would like to know if Revit can calculate the most optimal way of determining Structural Slab Level based on minimising cut and fill.
