Changing Properties material settings to Mm not inches

Where can I download an Australian student version with all the presets in mm/cm not inches?
My classmates and lecturer have done this but I can only find a version with everything set in inches, which can be changed for measuring however when selecting Floors for example, under the properties banner all the materials available are different and only set in inches eg: Floor, Generic 12'. Where my classmates are set as Floor, Generic 150mm.
I have attached a screen shot to show properties on the left side.

Is there a different download or can I somehow change the presets?

Looks like you started a project with an Imperial template. Just start a new project, making sure you use a metric template and you will get content reading in MM.
