Change the detail-view number to 1 instead of the default number 2

Hi!

I got this annoying problem, wich certainly has an easy fix.

I've created a section and put that into a sheet.
From that section within the sheet ive created a detail view.
So now i have the section and the detail view in the sam sheet. And that is what i want.

But when i've created the detail, renamed the detail, it still refers to the wrong view in the section view.

I've attached a picture to highlight the problem.

What is shown is the view title. The detail number is not visible. I'm sure if you select the viewport, you will see in the properties that the number is two because it was the 2nd view placed on the sheet.

The 2 which you highlighted is the Detail Number parameter which is an alphanumaric reference. Initially upon placement is a running number automatically generated but you can also change on the Properties Panel as needed

What you are referring to as "Should Be" is

  • either the "View Name" parameter
  • or the "Title on Sheet" parameter

If you wish the View name or title on sheet to be displayed instead of the Vew Number, then you would need to edit the view title family and change the label.
