How to change the color of lines in Legend.

In the Floor plans, I managed to do it several ways, one of them is using filters, but I can't manage to get it done to color lines in Legends

Any help?

Thanks

I'm afraid there is no way to do that, neither override by elements, do linework nor draw detail line over them. You will only change common lines (those between/inside layers) from legend's V/G overrides panel, fill core from Type properties (only will show in coarse detail level) or even create "colors" materials to show on layers, but no change lines display. Legends components are pretty schematic elements in Revit, probably it will more useful to "fake" the legend with a detail/drafting view and make all previosuly mentioned triks to show walls the way you want to...

A workaround would to create a Wall Legend View.  That is, put your Wall Types into a PRE-Existing Phase and demolish them before your actual construction phases begin.   You can then create a Plan View for that PRE-Existing Phase and name it “Wall Legend”.   In that View, you can apply the same overrides that you applied to the Walls in your other Model Views.

FWIW.

@RDAOU This works but still, the pattern is not colored.

But that is good enough

Thanks

Well, if you are going to use VGOs to override every Wall on the Legend, then why not just create Materials' that have colored hatch patterns?

I don't know what this  😆 symbol means, but it kind of reminds me of our family Bird who died this morning.  See the beak and the two eyes?
