Change size of Spot Elevation Target

Does anyone know how to change the radius of the spot elevation target?

Edit the spot elevation type and see what symbol is being used, then find the symbol family under the project browser > Families > Annotation Symbols > edit and change size and reload back in project.

I tried to do that, but when I edit the symbol family, I cant see anything. Is a blank white screen with no entities and no other views I can try.

Try to modify/create the arrowhead

Here you can create new leaderhead and set them as elevation target

When you edit the spot elevation, you can choose the new arrowhead

In my case, I actually like the symbol and I just wanna to make it bigger. I found what was missing. In the Symbol editing window, you need to change the properties of visibility of the sheet and  show "Automatic Sketch Dimensions" and then you finally can scale all the objects. But thank you, this other option of create a new arrowhead is effective as well.
