Change Site Survey Point Elevation

I need to change the elevation of the project. The terrain above is an IFC link modeled at sea level, and below is the Revit project link, which is modeled at zero (survey point and project base point). What steps should I take to match the elevations?

Not clear. Are you saying that both are links in a Parent Project and that the Parent is the Site Project?

...also, are you saying the relationship between the two Links in the screenshot are wrong?

Reposition BOTH relative to the Site's Coordinate System.  "Site" being the Parent Project they are now in.

That worked! I had to switch to Revit full version because i manually repositioned the links that were not aligned at the same zero point and saved their positions in manage links. Before doing this, I specified the coordinates at a point (survey and project base point) because I knew the zero of my project was at 367.35 meters. In Revit LT, I would likely need to open the links and manually input the values to ensure the project base point elevation matches 367.35m between files and then reload the files.
