Change cut pattern for linked IFC

Hi fellas!

Is it possible to somehow add new cut patterns for a linked IFC?
Or do the one exporting the IFC have to include the patterns in the export?

When we try to manage the cut patterns for the linked file we don't get all the choices that we have for our ordinary Revit walls.

So you are unable to assign cut patterns through Visibility/Graphics Overrides?

Actually never thought of view specifically overrides, I tried via the view template and settings from Revit links (custom). I'll try it out tomorrow! Thanks

Give it a go. You should be able to override through  VGO "Custom" settings.
