Why don't you link the house file in a master file and copy it around?

There are just three houses and I thought that linking would take more time.

Hi..

Consider the number of levels you will have for one house

total 2 or 3 at-least ( Ground, Level 1, Roof, or Ceiling etc )

3 houses makes it 3 x 3 = 9 levels

handling so many levels, and you might have just one Ground floor plan

to show all those houses.. one Deli-ma would be where to create that floor plan

and using which levels..

Also while modelling you will have to make sure you are using correct levels,

connecting to correct levels, offset etc..

Better to Link 3 houses to one master file .

Master file can have site plan, floor plans etc..

Cheers!

no trick to do it quickly

1 model for each building can be a cleaner approach

linked into a campus model for coordination and sheets set up

Level 1A, Level 2A, Level 3A - Model A

Level 1B, Level 2B, Level 3B - Model B

Level 1C. Level 2C, Level 3C - Model C

Level 1A = 0'-0"

Level 1B = 3'-0"

Level 1C = 5'-0" etc.etc.
