Center line in 4 different views FRONT/BACK - RIGHT /left

As you can see in both these first 2 photos I have a center line in between my object to its center. I have them in all 4 views right/left - front/back but in the third image shown I see them in 3D which I don't want. Is there a option where I can place 1 center line and see them in the center of right/left - front/back and not see it in 3D?

I assume this is a family. If so use annotation lines in each view and they will only show in those views. 

If you want to use Model lines so that its the same line in all 2D views, create a new subcategory and turn it off in the 3D views.

Are you able to create just 1 center line and be able to see it in the 4 views and not in 3d ?

No the lines need to be created in each view and they will only be visible in the view you created them. Like detail lines or components in a detail view. Only viewed in that view.

Right when doing this Will I have to change the visible status etc ?

Depends on how you want them to show. Only choices with Symbolic lines is Coarse Medium Fine settings. Otherwise its visible all the time in that view. (and the opposite direction) Left/Right-Front/Back

Yes true I want them shown in the center of all 4 views if I create a center line what is the difference between cut and projection ?

How it displays in the model. You object styles will change the line weight of the line based on if its cut or projected. You decide how you  want it to appear. Center is usually projected.

Centerline in an isometric?  That's unusual.  How about a top/plan view with x & y Centerlines intersecting?

The center lines were added in Right/Left - Front/Back thus showing it in 3D.
