Ceiling not bounding room - Revit 2015

Hi all - looking for some help for something I've never had an issue with before.

I have placed a room and a ceiling within a large project model, yet the ceiling is not bounding the room.

I've tried everything i can think of; Area and Volume computations are on, Bounding box ticked on the ceiling, ceiling drawn to the extent of the room, etc.....but still not working. 

Any other suggestions? 

This is common across all 300 rooms within the model.

Are the rooms limit offset greater than the ceiling heights?  They should.

Strange.  Can you cut a section through a Room with the Room Interior Fill turned on and post it?

Any solution about this problem?. I checked phase, Room Bounding checked, Room height over the ceilings, etc.

So So Weird....I've check out some rooms work fine and others no...😤. I've just delete one wrong room and drop it again....same error; ceiling near the window doesn't stop the room:

I just had same issue and resolved it as follows:

Go to 'Architecture' tab
expand the 'Room and Area' panel
select 'Area and Volume Computations'
select the 'Area and Volumes' and 'At Wall Finish' options

Mine was set to 'Areas only (faster)' and the room boundaries were ignoring the ceilings.
