Ceiling material renders in grey

I am trying to show a customer what the inside of the building will look like and the ceiling color only shows up in grey when using realistic. nothing i seems to do have much effect on the color. The ceiling is a  white steel liner

1. Set View Phase Filter to Show Complete.

2. Realistic Views use Materials' Appearance Tab settings.

changing the Phase filter didn't have any effect.

I think the ceiling is getting a reflection from the floor

Looks to me like you have Ambient Shadows turned on. Looks like Sketchy Lines might also be on.  

Also post a Screenshot of you Graphics Display Options Settings.

What Appearance Asset is the Ceiling using?  What are the Appearance tab settings? Post a Screenshot.
