Ceiling Grid vs the Move Command

Hi! I have a user who is trying to move a ceiling grid. Nudging and aligning the grid works fine, but the Move tool will not. 

I tried the same process on a different computer and the same project and Move works fine. We're using the same version of Revit 2022. Filter selection is not turned on. Disjoin is grayed out. 

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Pretend to move something else to be able to clear Disjoin box. Then go back to move the ceiling grid. Untick Copy box as well if you see it.
