Ceiling Family Key Schedule difficulty

I want to create a key schedule for ceiling family types, but I'm having a hard time.  I'm not talking about the ceiling properties you can assign to a room, by the way.  I'm trying to schedule the actually system family: compound ceiling types.  I want it to display Type Mark and family Type, but when I go to create a New Schedule > Category: Ceilings > Schedule Keys, the only available fields to schedule are Comments and Key Name.  Any idea how to get what I want?

You have to add parameters to the key schedule.

But the only parameters available to add are Comments?  If I click on Add Parameter, it opens up the window to create a new parameter.  I don't want to create a new parameter, but schedule the parameters already built into the ceiling family, right?

If that is the case, do not use Key schedule, use a normal schedule.  A key schedule is for creating standards purpose, not for reporting elements.
