Category/scheduling Query

I have got 2 families, a light and a mirror, the light attatches onto the mirror. I want the mirror to be under the furniture category and the light to be under the light category. When i attatch the 2 families, and load it into my project, is there a way to list the 2 catergories separately when it comes to scheduling?

Yes, there is a way. You want the light family nested in the mirror to be a shared family. Please see THIS Knowledge Network.
