Cant Synchronize with central "Can't edit the element. It was deleted in the Central Model"

Hi everyone,

Whenever I try to sync, I get this message that prevents me from doing so. Been trying this for the last 10 minutes now with no luck. Anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks

try to create a new central file and see if helps. thanks
