CANT SELECT ELECTRICAL FIXTURES WITH NESTER GENERIC ANNOTATIONS IN FLOORPLAN

I've encountered a problem in Revit and was hoping for some guidance. I've been working on a project where I've placed electrical fixtures with nested generic annotations in my floor plans. When these fixtures are placed alone, I can select them perfectly fine. However, the issue appears when I add furniture to the floor plan.

Once furniture is added, it becomes nearly impossible to select the electrical fixtures. I've tried adjusting the view depth and playing around with the visibility settings but nothing worked.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
