Cant place windows or doors, seems family editor is broken

Hello you guys!

Im trying to start a new project (revit 23) with the standard project template (architectural), but it seems that my family editor is somewhat broken.

whenever i try to place a door or window i just cant do it! So I have to "delete (every!!) type" until none of them is available.

The option load family doesnt work either. Actually this option makes the program shut down and give me the fatal error screen.

Can you help me? I have to reinstall the revit2023?
