cant modify base and top level constrain when 2 window of revit are opened on different display screen

when i open my 3d view on a separate window on a separate display, i can't set the ref plane/base level constrain on the properties of a column/wall and beam while im on my main screen with. when i click it, the drop down menu didn't do anything, and i have to close the 3d view window, or snap it back to the main program so it behave normally again, any solution? (this only happend when i move the 3d view window to another display screen, if i do it on tiled view mode within the same displayscreen, everything is normal)

i attached a video. on it, when the 3d view window is open on another display, i cant open the drop down menu of bsae constrain, only when it on the same screen, same thing happened when i draw new column and wanted to set the base constrain.

change your main display and try it again?

i've switch the main display, still didn't work

also, this promblem only occur since i upgrade to revit 2025 a couple days ago, on revit 24 everything is fine 😕

very odd problem ,I cannot imagine what the code or programing check the display before act and why?
