cannot zoom in problem

hi i dont know why i cannot zoom in in the floor plan after i open the revit model

Are you trying by a mouse wheel? Maybe this action (wheel up/wheel down) is overridden in Windows.

Can you zoom your view manually?

Try these, please: Navigation Bar and Wheel Menu.
