Cannot Upload To Cloud

Good morning, I am continually having trouble uploading scenes to render in the cloud. I posted this a while back but never got a response. In 3 months I have never successfully uploaded once to the cloud. Attached is a screensnip of the error message I always get. Help is appreciated!!!Capture.JPG

Hello again... I attempted to verify the network conditions based on the document you posted. It seemed to be going well until I clicked OK and got the attached error message. Also attached is a screenshot of the network conditions.

The proxy server conditions were blank as-is when I first opened it. Also, I do not understand how to adust the port 80 and port 443 connections. I never use Internet Explorer either, if that makes a difference as the document said to change these settings there.

 

Am I missing something? If I need to move this away from chat and into an email correspondence with someone (or better yet a phone call!!) I am happy to do that... I just want to get this resolved and start being able to fully use Revit LT so I can work. I am not a computer guy so I am sorry I do not understand some of this, I just know how to use the programs I use every day.
