Cannot select face for split face method

Hi, I have abutment family with geometry imported from Dynamo, the problem is that not all of faces can by picked by  Split Face method. Whats interesting that all faces in model can be painted. Family in attachment.

Revit is very finicky when it comes to imported geometry and explode it. To make split face works, you have to rebuilt the geometry with Revit geometry and not import. See attached.

I'm not sure If I know how to achieve what you did. Did you create it by drawing extrusions one by one in Revit family editor or is there some node in Dynamo?

No dynamo. Just redo the the model from scratch. If you are using dynamo to translate, most often the split line will work in some surface and won't work in other surface. Once I rebuilt the family, the split surface seems to work in all surfaces.

I dont think that is the solution, I have fully parametric script in dynamo for this geometry. The reason for this is because I found very hard to create realible complex and parametric geometry in Revit. In most cases it's impossible or it requires many subfamilies for every edge case, which is very time consuming.
