Cannot see project parameters in properties pallet

Yesterday I created shared parameter "Task ID"  and assigned it to project. But now I can see the " Task ID" in project parameter dialog box and cannot see it in properties pallet under construction which I did see before.

When I tried to assign it gain it says the parameter is already assign.

How do I see it in properties pallet?

you should choose an element which is assigned to it i didn't see it in your screen shots

what are you assigning the Parameter for? is it a View, Sheet, modeled element, etc...?

i assume you got the TaskID from a shard parameter file?

For screenshot 67, ONLY CHECK the category you wan the parameter to appear in.

• Check All is seldom ever needed. 
• if you want this to apply to all walls, check wall, etc...
