Cannot see my levels in structural plan

Hi, I created an architectural template in order to draw the plans for a 2 story house  for a school project. I need to print the structural plans of this house  but only two levels are showing, which is the last two.Furthermore only one level is visible  in my ceiling plan. The only plans where I can see all my levels is 3d of course and the floor plans . How come?

On the right there are 3 plans that appear ceiling plan structural plan
floor plan and view plans.
In the structural plan only two level appear while i have 4 levels in
total.In the ceiling plan only one level shows on another level i only see
my grids and on another level nothing appears not even my grids. How come ?

Sounds like a view crop is the culprit.

Turn off the View Crop or resize the Crop Boundary.

You just need to create structural plan views for teh missing ones.  Go to View tab > Plan Views dropdown > Structural Plan > and select the levels you want to create the views.  Similar for ceiling plan views.

go to view tab> in the create panel> click the drop-down arrow then select Structural Plan> the select the level you wish to have a plan.

ok here is my file I found how to make all the levels appear in the
structural plan but i do not know how to make my drawing appear on the
ceiling plan. Thank you in advance.

AH! I think I get it now.  Only one level was showing under "Ceiling Plans" in the Project Browser.  Right, @Anonymous?  Not that only one level was visible in your ceiling plan.

no actually i have 4 levels the ground floor level the first floor level
the second floor level and the third floor level. It is only on the
first floor level that I can see my walls and the ceiling i installed but
on the other levels i can only see the columns no walls and on the third
level nothing is showing not even my grids are showing.

- Grids: go to a lower level, select one grid, right click and select all instances in project, another right click and maximize 3d extent

- Check the phase status and phase filter of the ceiling plan views, they should match those of the floor plan views

- Create a 3d view and make sure the elements you modeled look correct

The phase filter and the phase are the same for each levels of my views.
