Cannot rotate fill pattern on my computer!!

I cannot rotate model fill patterns on version of Revit.  I close the file and open on another computer with Revit and it rotates perfectly fine.  Is there is setting or fix for my Revit that is causing this?

Uncheck Copy box from option bar when rotate.
