Cannot "Deactivate" view

I had a view Activated and was working just fine.

Then I revealed hidden items.

Now, I cannot get out of the "Reveal Hidden Elements" phase.

See red items in the view:

How do I get back. I have never had this problem before.

What about selecting the View and pressing "Activate View" on the Contextual Tab?

...it looks to me like you "de-activated" the View while in Reveal Hidden Elements Mode. Doesn't look like any View is Activated in your screenshot.

I have to admit, it don't know what a "Contextual Tab" is.

"Help" didn't clear it up.

When I try to select the view (shown in red) nothing highlights.

BUT, I was afraid of losing and work, I saved and then syncd.

Then, there were not more items in red, but, the view I had been working on is now "unselectable".

I cannot select it.

AND the view titleblock, the view number, sheet number, scale, not visable.

Did you Hide in View: By Element?

...you need to use Reveal Hidden Elements again to find out. Good luck.

You proved right. I kit the "light bulb. The whole screen border turned red.

I high lighted the missing view, which un hid it.

Then everything worked.

Thanks for your quick reply
