Cannot open Revit: Missing Schema Folder

I have successfully downloaded all the Revit products (for Revit 2021), but when I try to open Revit, I am met with the following message: Missing Schema Folder.

I have tried to repair and reinstall but I still have the same problem. I also do not have access to a working Revit to replace the schema folder. 

What should I do?

I had this problem, one of your hardware is poor, so Revit can't open, you better install the old version for example 2019
