So one of my users is having the issue where he cannot open a BIM 360 file as it is giving him the "data in the file corrupt and needs to be manually recovered" error. I have had this more time than I can count, but for some reason I just cannot get this one worked out. In addition, when I try to open the file from the BIM 360 drive on my computer, it just tells me that it cannot load the file. What is this about? Other users are able to access the file, and when I access it from the main BIM 360 screen in Revit, it opens just fine. I thought maybe I needed to republish the files since it has been a while so I could access it directly form the BIM 360 folder, but even after that, it isn't working. Thoughts?
