My school licence for Autodesk was expiring, I use Revit 2022 and it was giving me a notice that I have one day left. I went to the Autodesk website and renewed my licenese. Shortly after I recieved email confirmation that my access was extended for another year until September 2023. (see attached Screenshot 2022-09-04 102320.png). The next day Revit stopped working on my computer, no matter what i was doing. I uninstal all Autodesk softwares on my computer and tried to download it again with my student access, but now I am getting an error message where it tells me to try again or contact Autodesk Support.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem. I appreciate your help in advance, thank you.
